- 1/3 cup / 20 g / 0.7 oz fresh ginger root
- 1/4 cup / 12 g / 0.4 oz fresh turmeric root
- OR
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 lemon
- 1-2 oranges (optional)
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- pinch of black pepper (optional)

- Roughly peel the lemons and oranges. The white pith is very healthy and it’s fine to leave some on.
- Chop the ginger and turmeric into small chunks.
- Put the fruit, ginger, and turmeric chunks or turmeric powder in your machine and juice.
Blender Method

- Pulse until well blended. If necessary, add a little water to help blending.
