Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- 1.5 – 2 inches of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- ½ of a lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp of honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Bring the water to a boil;
- Add the ginger and let simmer for about 10 mins;
- Turn off the heat and add lemon juice and honey.
- Strain and enjoy!
