APPLE CIDER VINEGAR SHOTS (RECIPE & BENEFITS)


INGREDIENTS

  •  1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple or fresh orange juice
  •  1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (Bragg's)
  •  1/8-1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  •  8 oz. still or sparkling water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine pineapple or orange juice, apple cider vinegar, and ginger in a small jar. Shake or whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, up to 2-3 days.
  • When ready to drink your shot, combine with 8 oz. sparkling or still water.
