Things you need-

• Organic Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 cup
• Filtered Water – 2 Cups
• Rosemary essential oil – Few drops

Directions-

• In a bowl, add water and fenugreek seeds, cover a lid and let it soak overnight on the countertop. Cook the seeds along with the water in a saucepan, then next morning add 4 cups of water to the soaked seeds and simmer it on low for 5-6 mins. Strain the seeds and oet it cool down. Add in few drops of rosemary essential oil or any other essential oil of your choice and mix well. Transfer the fenugreek water to a spray bottle and liberally spray it all over your hair and scalp.
