I love making this smoothie after a hike or run! It is refreshing and doesn’t have an overwhelming sweetness to it. Smoothies are a great go to for a light breakfast, lunch, or snack. I generally have this detox smoothie during lunch time and it keeps me full until dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
- 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- about 10 raspberries
- 1 tbsp flax seed oil
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Chop or cut veggies and fruits if needed then combine all ingredients into blender or NutriBullet.
- Blend until smooth, then pour and enjoy!
